As a Head of Wholesale you will be responsible for all aspects (including front, middle and back-office processes) of wholesale business management, covering relationship with clients (dealers) and partners (car manufacturers). Your main duties will be:
- Wholesale team management and responsibility from front to back
- Coordination and business relationship management with key partners
- Dealers business overall relationship management.
- Relationship with external providers (suppliers, service-companies, etc).
- Business development and P&L monitoring.
- Interaction inside the Group (Risks, Legal, IT, ?.) to achieve results.

Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 8 years experience in banking operations (ideally with automotive financial services)
- Significant experience in team management (at least 20 people).
- Good knowledge of CBR requirements
- Good legal competence
- Project management experience (IT development will be a plus)
- Capacity to have helicopter view (incl. anticipation) with ability to go into details.
- Ability to decide (incl. risks assessment)

- Maturity - Communication / presentation skills
- International background
- Perfect English
