As Head of IT department, you will be in charge of definition and implementation of IT strategy, as well as control of daily activities. You will be reporting administratively to local Operations Director and functionally to the regional level. Your main duties will be:
- General administration of IT department
- Definition of IT strategy - Implementations projects lead (14 projects for 2011)
- IT compliance according to requirements of Central Bank of Russia
- Suppliers and providers management
- Development, control and management of IT budget
- Analysis of IT trends
- Development of information security system
- Quality control and risk management
- Control of SLA parameters
- Implementation of Head Office requirements

- Higher education in economics or engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in managing position within IT or development department
- Overall minimum of 5 years as IT top-manager within a universal or commercial bank
- Successful experience of projects implementation
- Proven track record with both infrastructure and applications
- Good understanding of project management tools
- An international experience is a strong plus
- Fluent English is a must
