-To manage retail planning process on a yearly, quarterly, monthly basis
-Leading the process of forecasting & correction action planning that reflects changes within countries/brands/stores
-Participate in sales meetings, challenging the business and sales team and ensure that resources are focused on higher product groups
-Leading the process of budgeting and forecasting of collection based stock
-Provide accurate, timely estimation of potential risks and new developments for management team;
-Continuously develop reporting tools and systems that enable to maximize the correctness of forecasting
-Timely presentations preparation for HQ and local management team
-Optimize discount and accrual structure in line with commercial policy and advice on any required change in line with changing market conditions where necessary
-Participate in various projects
-Take part in SAP BI implementation
-Improve processes and procedures within division
-Lead and manage a team of 10 professionals

-Higher education (economic, finance, technical)
-At least 5 years of experience as senior finance manager/ business controller with larhe international companies
-Excellent knowledge of planning, budgeting, management accounting
-Strong analytical skills
-High proficiency in Excel, knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
-MBA/ ACCA/CIMA would be advantage
-Fluent English is a must-Goal-oriented, able to establish communications, responsible, self-driven, positive
