As part of DCM & Derivatives Department, Vice President has as a mission to generate business opportunities and to empower local coverage. Your main focus will be on the following tasks:
- Covering Russian corporate and FI clients for financing needs with focus on non public market (bilateral) solutions involving derivatives.
- Originating Financing/DCM opportunities for both secured and unsecured lending.
- Understanding client needs and providing efficient feedback to Trading/Structuring/Legal to come up with customized financing solutions.
- Demonstrating initiative by covering existing client list and developing new ones.
- Managing execution of complex transactions and long term projects.

Required experience and skills:
- Relevant work experience in Capital markets or Derivatives area
- Knowledge of derivative and financing products/instruments
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- High energy level and self starter
- Fluent Russian and English
