Selling all treasury products to existing and source new clients with the aim of transforming the Treasury into a substantial source of business growth.
- To contact and promote the Treasury and Capital Markets solutions through the Commodity Market in priority, but also including Aviation and Shipping companies
- To present Corporate Liability Management solutions to existent and potential clients across the bank's Corporate and International client base
- To leverage and maximise opportunities within Treasury clients base in Russia
- To guide clients and prospects through every step of the hedging process and define with them adequate strategy
-To manage documentation and transactional considerations
The role is designed for a person aiming at being creative while focusing on consultative sales approach toward clients and aiming to build long-term relationships with them.
- Some experience (2-3 years) in treasury sales or related fields is necessary
- Master in financial, mathematics, economics field; including modelling skills
- Knowledge of Treasury financial instruments (MM, Bonds, REPOs), even theoretical, would be a plus
- Previous experience of selling Treasury products or financial instruments is a great advantage
- Strong social and emotional intelligence with a talent for building trust with client and colleagues
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in both Russian and English
- Strongly results oriented
- High self- management: goals setting, organization and time management
- Must reflect Group values: teamwork, integrity and respect for others
